Coiled tubing.
Brought to life.
Meet CoilFlux™. Explore the complete unit, discover the components inside and see the mechanisms in motion. A new perspective on coiled tubing learning.
Current model: free. Public viewer access coming soon.
From the full picture
to the moving parts.
Actual captures from the current CoilFlux model. Explore the unit as a connected system, then move closer to understand what each assembly does.
Make complex equipment
easier to understand.
For students discovering coiled tubing, educators explaining a system, and professionals refreshing equipment familiarity. CoilFlux gives spatial context to the components, controls and connections that a flat diagram cannot show on its own.
Knowledge you can
move around.
Go beyond a static model. Build understanding through context, motion and component-level detail.
Start with the complete unit
See how the major equipment sits within the CT setup before opening a dedicated workspace. Move between the big picture and focused equipment views.
Discover the purpose of a part
Explore major assemblies through overview, purpose, mechanism and connection information. Relate what you are reading to the component in front of you.
Look beneath the surface
Use available internal and isolation views to explore selected mechanisms and understand how visible components relate to the assemblies within.
See mechanisms in action
Selected animations show equipment movement and control responses. Follow the relationship between an input and its visual effect in the model.
Follow the interaction
Current guided demonstrations introduce the startup sequence and basic cabin controls through focused views and step-by-step on-screen actions.
Inspect at your own pace
Orbit, zoom, focus and isolate. Choose your viewpoint, reduce panel clutter and return to the complete setup whenever you need context.

Help shape the next
generation of CT learning.
We welcome conversations with educators, equipment specialists and training teams. Bring a classroom use case, contribute technical feedback, or explore a future equipment-specific learning experience.
Your questions, answered.
Is the current CoilFlux model really free?
Yes. CoilFlux Engine represents the current free model. The public viewer link on this page is not active yet; it will be connected when the viewer is released.
What is available now, and what is planned?
The gallery shows the current interactive model and its existing equipment workspaces, component information and guided demonstrations. Pro scenarios and Enterprise customisation are planned offerings, not features included in the current release.
Is this connected to a live operating CT unit?
No. This experience is an interactive educational model. Demonstrated movements and instrument responses are simulated, not live field telemetry.
Can CoilFlux replace operational training?
No. CoilFlux supports equipment understanding and learning. It does not replace manufacturer procedures, competency assessment, certified training or site-specific safety requirements.
